Product Description(cement plant)
Cement production line is the production line construction project
composed by a series of corollary equipments which are used for
product cement.It is mainly composed by crushing
equipment,homogenize equipment,raw material preparation
equipment,drying equipment,preheat and predecomposition
equipment,the clinker sintering equipment,cooling
equipment,grinding equipment,packaging equipment,conveying
equipment,environmental production dust collection equipment
etc.The jiangsu pengfei group supply process design,civil
construction,complete equipment,installation and trial
run,technical services,the general contracting.
Design basis:
1. Production method: Establish a 300tpd cement production line
with five stage cyclone preheater. From limestone crushing, raw
material grinding, burning system, cement mill, packing and other
production facilities.

Annual cement production capacity:101020tons
The above product is based on Chinese cement standard, and it can
be adjusted as per local cement standard.
3. Cement proportion of bag and bulk
Bagged packing:70% bulk packing:30%
4. transportation method of material and product
Raw materials, fuel, and cement are transported by truck.
Material and heat consumption:
Theoretical material consumption:1.514kg/kg.Cl
Heat consumption for clinker:4098kJ/kg.Cl
