Introduction
Quick Active Lime kiln is used to produce quicklime through the calcination of limestone
(calcium carbonate). Lime rotary kiln is specialized design for
production of active lime.
YUHONG Quick Active Lime kiln can work with vertical preheater and vertical cooler to achieve the
advantages like high use ratio of raw materials, complete
calcination, even quality, good quality lime, high capacity output,
environmental and energy saving, simple operation and longer
working life. This kiln is very suitable for limestone calcination
for industries like metallurgy, chemical, construction materials
and etc.
Advantange
1. According to the character of limestone and its calcination
requirement, the structure of kiln inlet and outlet sections has
been optimized. It can resolve the problem of material returning
back to kiln inlet and the leakage of dust.
2. Evenly heating for limestone, low rate of less calcination and
over calcination. Especially suitable for the high activity lime
for steel making.
3. Technical configuration is optional: matched vertical preheater
can use the high temperature from rotary kiln to preheating the
limestone from room temperature to decomposition condition; matched
vertical cooler can cooling down the high temperature of lime in
the shortest time, and process can increase the activity of lime
and also easy for transportation and storage.

Description of the hydrated lime plant:
According to certain water feeding amount, the spray device sprays
water to quicklime mixing tank after spraying, through the rotation
of wear-resisting mixing blades by special design, the quick lime
is mixed strongly and goes to procedures of melting, slaking,
aging, and homogenization, and the mixing blades at the same time
also promote the slaked hydrated lime powder to move forward. The
clay resistance board and position limit board ensure quick lime
slaking time, making the quicklime slake completely.
