Application
The Rotary Dryer Machine is widely used in the mineral industry for
drying sands, limestone, stones and soil, ores, fertilizers, wood
chips, coal, iron sulphate, sewage sludge, etc.Can also be applied
on food industry mainly for liquids as well as for granular
material such as food grains, cereals, pulses,coffee beans, etc.
Working principle
Raw materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket
elevator.
Through the feeding hole set that in the spiral guide plate, the
wet material get into drying cylinder.
Materials in drying cylinder will be rasing by the equally
distributed lifting plate and fully contacted with the hot air.To
achieve the heat transfer,mass transfer drying purpose.
Dried materials discharged at the end of the cylinder, tansported
out by the conveyor, finished the drying process.
