to realize the solid-liquid separation of the material, and the
upper and lower filter belts are reused after being washed to carry
out the concentrated pressure filtration in the next cycle.

Principle
Owing to the high mobility of liquid sludge, free water, no
compressive capacity, so the first entered the gravity dehydration,
remove the water of the free, reduce the liquidity of the sludge,
and make the floccules and produce larger binding force between
particles, and then enter the wedge preloading dehydration stage,
the sludge after slight pressure dehydration, liquidity is almost
completely lost, to prepare for the cyclotron dehydration and shear
dehydration, the gravity sludge dewatering and wedge after
dehydration, basic will free water and moisture removal within the
floccules, enter the cyclotron dehydration zone, through swing
roller diameter changes, gradually increase the mesh belt tension
and dehydration gradually formed,When the mud of the mesh belt
enters the roller body with small diameter, the squeezing force
generated by the stretching force of the filter belt and the
dehydration cake are sandwiched between the upper and lower layers
of the filter belt, and the shearing force generated by the
different rotation direction of the filter belt is used for
dehydration treatment.

Features
1. Gravity dehydration zone
After the sewage is pumped into the sludge mixing tank and mixed
with the polymer flocculant, the fine suspended matter in the
sludge is acted on by the polymer flocculant to form larger
colloidal pinnate particles, and then flows into the sludge
distributing device of the filter press in the direction of gravity
flow, so that the colloidal pinnate sludge is evenly distributed on
the filter cloth.
The filter cloth in the gravity dewatering zone moves horizontally,
and the capillary water turns into free water through the
modulating sludge. Under the action of gravity, the filter cloth is
separated from the mud. The function of the gravity dewatering zone
is to increase the sludge concentration and stabilize the
ruby-feathered sludge, so as to facilitate subsequent pressing and
dehydration.
2. Pressure dehydration area
In this area, the upper and lower press cloth gradually converge,
sludge is gradually squeezed, sludge concentration continues to
increase.
3. Pressurized dehydration area
After entering pressure dehydration, caught in the filter cloth up
and down between the squeezing roller interplanting of sludge in
the ordering of the S shaped S move up and down, and gradually
increase the pressure and shear force of capillary bound water glue
pinnate sludge squeezed out, producing a dry sludge cake, by
scraping mud unit discharge outside, at this point, to complete the
dehydration process.
