Description

It has been widely used in papermaking, textile printing and

Various types of rollers
There are many types of rollers used in belt filter presses,
including drive rollers, squeeze rollers, filter cloth redirecting
rollers, correction rollers and tension rollers.
Bearing
Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body,
reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its
rotation accuracy.
Filter cloth correction device
The filter cloth correction device is composed of a correction
airbag and a correction mechanical valve. When the deviation of the
filter cloth hits the mechanical valve, the corresponding airbag
expands, causing the correction roller to swing forward or
backward, so as to achieve the purpose of correction.
Filter cloth
Filter cloth can be customized according to the characteristics of
the slurry. Material is divided into PP, PET and so on. The weaving
process is divided into monofilament, multifilament and non-woven
fabric.
